ORDERING & SHIPPING
We make all products in limited editions and will do our best to fulfill all orders promptly. We process all orders typically within 2-5 business days and will send you confirmation by email. Should the item you request be out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
We ship orders typically within 48 hours after your order has been processed; orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We ship most domestic orders via USPS. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We can ship to only one shipping address per order. Upon shipment, we will send you a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email.

Otaat is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays, such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc., which may delay the estimated delivery date of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. After 10 days, all sales are final.
Should you wish to return or exchange any item(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Otaat will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Upon our receiving and inspection of merchandise, replacement item(s) will be sent or a refund will be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We reserve the right to deny any refunds.
